Coaching Process

  • Coach and client meet to assess goals
  • Initial agreement is reached regarding goals, time frame and frequency or sessions and fees for coaching
  • Coach assesses client’s strengths through additional interview and other assessment tools
  • Coach assists client in developing clear, time bound steps to achieving goals. Coach helps client challenge any self limiting thoughts or behaviors that interfere with success.
  • Client commits to focus and completion of the goals
  • Coach offers e-mail & phone support, as needed, to assist client with staying focused
  • Subsequent sessions are scheduled; client reports on progress and sets agenda for following week
  • Coach reinforces clients’ goals to provide inspiration and maintain momentum
