Coaching Groups

For Business Owners

Coaching groups are held in a 60 minute tele-conference format once a week. Each session includes an educational component and group interaction. Assignments are given to assist in the application of new learning.

This 8 week coaching program includes the following topics:

• WEEK 2 THE PATH FROM HERE TO THERE (goals)
• WEEK 3 YOU'RE GREAT AT MANY THINGS (strengths & weaknesses
• WEEK 4 POTHOLES (internal challenges)
• WEEK 5 LAND MINES (external challenges)
• WEEK 6 SECRET WEAPONS (attitude, customer service excellence)
• WEEK 7 CREATING AND STAYING THE COURSE (structure, stress & focus)
• WEEK 8 EXPECTATIONS & PERSISTENCE (making it work over time)
  

8 week program Fee: $280.00 ($35 per session)

Includes materials, discussion group and e-mail access to the Coach
